cancelling orders on ebay will this damage an account.how many canceled orders will it take to show up on sellers dashbord,,thank you

The reason for the cancel request is a factor. If you choose the buyer as the party requesting to cancel the transaction then it does not impact your account negatively.
I would assume though that if you try this too many times it will have an adverse effect on your account.

Slokor, I have this buyer wants to cancel an order but did not sent cancellation request through Ebay system. If I cancel the transaction and choose the option " buyer wants to cancel it, will it affect the DSR?. Thanks

This has been gone over many times already.

to cancel an order with no defect.

Refund payment first (if made)
Let eBay update that the payment has been refunded (sometimes takes a few minutes)
Click 'Cancel Order'
Choose - Problem with buyers address or buyer wishes to cancel order.

Job Done.
