feedback removal
 

i have an account where i have no feedback revision requests left, the buyer wants to change the feedback after we resolved the issue so will ebay remove it if i email them as the buyer has agreed to remove

only one way to find out is email ebay and find out. you might be out of luck though if ebay see youve used all your revision requests already, doesnt sound to good.

Call ebay. describe what you've done to resolve your customer's issue. They will remove the feedback for you.

Isn't it just another 2 months or so and Feedback will no longer affect the standing of the account with the new changes eBay is rolling out?

The actual date is February 2016. So 3 more months, and no more feedback extortion and other cr*p to take from buyers. I am tired of giving out £5 and £10 bribes. Even though it only happens in 2 or 3 transactions out of 100.

I think that the new "negs will not affect your seller performance" thing is a trap. Sellersl will allow negs to stay (as they are claimed to do nothing bad as from Feb 2016), but some internal seller evaluation thing will still be in place (hidden from sellers though), and may cause suspensions. These are my five cents of conspiracy theory.

seems like the philipino call centres remove feedback alot easier than ireland though

In the all days it was possible to have things removed, and especially by the Filipino staff...however now, only the Ireland office can do it, and only by email, and its very rare that they do.

I get lots of defects and negs removed through Ireland office, and that is all via the phone.

I have had mixed results with feedback removal. Just depends on who answers the phone I guess.

Yes Muzzle with all those PayPal conquests that you 'apparently' succeed with.

No proof, therefore it hasn't happened.
