Selling allowance not showing / new seller account

I have successfully listed an item for sale on a personal account but I can't seem to find my monthly allowance? Is this a glitch & if it is how can I go about finding it?

Sometimes doesn't show for a while (up to 10 sales)

check you emails usually tells you what limit you have after listing first item, or My ebay > All Selling tells you there

In some cases the limits can end up being very high.
And in some cases those limits will never show up and the only way to find out what those limits are is to call and ask about them (which is a non risky call).
