New Ebay Account ZERO selling allowance?

Hi

I have had a look and can't find the answer.

I have a few stealths running fine for the moment!

I just changed my isp at my home which has not ever logged into ebay so I decided to start another stealth. I went through all the setting up of an ebay account and set up the PP account using an entropay card. I verified the email for paypal and verified the telephone number on both eb and PP but my selling limit is ZERO!

Have I done something wrong?

You havnt done anything wrong.
The zero limits issue has been a problem for the last 2-3 months now and people here are still trying to figure out why its happening. Seems to be completely random to me but others are thinking it might be a combination of factors such as info used, phone number source etc.
There are a few threads discussing the issue in length so look those up.
