Reopening my eBay shop, will I be traced

Hi all,

I decided to close my Ebay basic shop last month, now I want to open it again. Its saying I need to have a linked paypal account, if I link my paypal will this allow ebay to trace me? it's the same paypal i've always used with this stealth account only, presumably it was linked when I originally set up the shop last year, just don't want to make any stupid mistakes

Why did you close down your old shop?

Was it due to bad feedbac/lots of cases ect?

No, I just closed it as I wasn't planning on selling much this month but I will be now, foolish closing it I know! What does having a linked paypal entail? I'm thinking if they didn't notice anything when I first opened the shop I should be okay to reopen it I hope?!
