Op, assuming.you are genuine, here's what you should do.
Contact your seller using the eBay messaging system, politely asking them if your item has been dispatched and when you can expect delivery.
Wait 48 hours. If no reply, Message again.
If you still do not receive any replies, and the final delivery date has been and gone, then you can open a case. |

OP - seriously? maybe he got knocked over and has been in the hozzy for a couple of days! When is the due delivery date? | Yea in the US most people work on Saturday and Sundays, but its not officially a "working day" or "business day" as we call it.
I did find some interesting info about it though that I didn't know
United Kingdom
The traditional business working week is from Monday to Friday (35 to 40 hours depending on contract). In retail, and other fields such as healthcare, days off might be taken on any day of the week. Employers can make their employees work 7 days a week every week,[citation needed] although the employer is required to allow each employee breaks of either a continuous period of 24 hours every week or a continuous period of 48 hours every two weeks.
Laws for shop opening hours differ between Scotland and the rest of the UK. In England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, many shops and services are open on Saturdays and increasingly so on Sundays as well. In England and Wales, stores' maximum Sunday opening hours vary according to the total floor space of the store.[26] In Scotland, however, there is no restriction in law on shop opening hours on a Sunday.
Under the EU Working Time Directive, workers cannot be forced to work for more than 48 hours per week on average. However, the UK allows individuals to opt out if they so choose. Individuals can choose to opt in again after opting out, even if opting out was part of their employment contract. It is illegal to dismiss them or treat them unfairly for so doing – but they may be required to give up to 3 months notice to give the employer time to prepare, depending on what their employment contract says.[27 |

| easy.bake.oven | 02-20-2016 06:29 PM | Re: eBay seller didnt post my item Sometimes, I not got access to my pc to update ebay tracking and even to mark it as dispatched for a few days - maybe this is what is happening with your seller.
Wait a few days.
My buyers receive their item on time and when I have access to my PC, I log in, mark as dispatched and answer any queries. |

Yes but this is a UK Thread :)
The Post Office and Royal Mail class Saturday as a working day, hence eBays estimated arrival times. |

| Dmshark25 | 02-21-2016 06:08 AM | Re: eBay seller didnt post my item If you paid with a credit card you have nothing to worry about, if you don't hear from the seller in a few more days just call your credit card company or most u can just go online and just do a chargeback online, that simple, no waiting for paypal claims. But wait a few more days, you wont lose your money |
| frksmth | 02-21-2016 07:50 AM | Re: eBay seller didnt post my item OP, I would give the seller a chance to respond. This isn't like Amazon where the seller metrics are affected if he doesn't respond within 24 hours. Maybe he is using stealth and doesn't have access to the particular VM or something? If you're on this forum, I'm gonna assume that you're a stealther as well. It's been just 3 days, so wait! With Paypal you can open a dispute within 45 days and I'm sure your credit card company gives you up to three months to raise a chargeback...
Hope the seller responds and everything works out for you... |

When is the due delivery date? | Saturday isn't a working day though, even if the posty is open mon-fri is working days and that's the time frames I use for shipping as well. so if someone was to buy at 8pm on Thursday chances are their order wouldn't be posted to Monday morning. |

If someone bought Thursday 8pm, and your dispatch time is 24 hours and cut off time is anywhere up to 4pm the next day then it should be posted that day. you set those rules yourself.
If he has dispatch time 'within three days', then possibly yes, it would be posted Monday. |
Re: eBay seller didnt post my item @OP, recontact the seller now that weekend has passed. |
