In order to lift the receiving limits a bank account will have to be linked. You can buy a VBA from here which will allow you to verify your pp account fully however if you wish to withdraw funds you will need to link your own bank account.

HSBC savings account charge you for withdrawing? They advertise their flexible savers account as "free to withdraw and you can open as many of them as you like" .. maybe switch it up
