got a rude feedback saying i dont send item and people should avoid
THEN got a return request saying item was not as desribed with a few minutes :(
is there anyway of getting this complete arseholes feedback removed?
Best to send message that in feedback you claim not received then open return request... try to get some sort of prove otherwise he can say item is not delivered at time of feedback left but if he left feedback while it was in ebay delivery date then ring ebay they will remove it or best option start chat click selling then select selling fees etc and click on chat explain the rep you like to get this feedback removed he Will he need to make report to that team who deal off line say ok and give him much info as possible you will get email next day feedback removed
Delay the return request the buyer has already left negative feedback string this out as long as you can - go on live chat to have the feedback removed
