Default Couple important questions I would really appreciate input for

1) I called ebay today because a buyer left a neg about an item they purchased not including a certain accessory. I stated to ebay that I never mentioned the accessory would be included..and ebay was good about it, they removed the neg right away.
Heres my question: after ebay removed the neg can the buyer still go in again and put a neg feedback? I would assume no right?

2) I have had 2 neg feedbacks removed within the past month (both buyers fault for not reading the descriptions), and ebay gladly removed both negs.
Heres my question: does ebay keep track of how many negs they removed for me and could it potentially be hurting me in anyway?

1. No he can't leave it again, best to block this buyer so he will not purchase more item from you then he can leave feedback for that item.

2. Well to be honest they do as they use to send report I think each month with the name of how we protect your seller account this month in that remote they use to mention how many low details rating they removed
How many -ve feedback they removed etc

But u don't need to worry it's quite normal

I have to ring ebay one a month to get feedback removed but I found here in uk chat system is quite good. 99% they remove feedback even if seller at fault!!!
