My 24VC IP down for almost 6 hours
 

My IP has not been working since morning, almost 6 hours now and I havent got a reply either from the right contact I PMed on here or through their website.

This is the second time this will happen in almost 3 months, and worst still I have not been able to dispatch any parcels today at all.

I am very worried..... 24VCcccccccc. Where is thy face!

Thanks for the update James. My mind is a bit settled now that I understand its not specific to me alone.

Seriously, this guy should be giving us people affected some discount on our next billing. One hour is understandable but going 7hrs now is too much.

We should be happy we have someone providing this service at all...

I am very thankful and I'm not even using it yet, but happy for my fellow stealters that gives them a path...

Hey everyone, our sincerest apologies for the downtime. One of our UK network upstream providers was having issues with a couple of our dedicated servers not receiving the signal properly and it takes longer than usual to fix due to the sheer number of ips we have. But I am happy to report now that this issue should now be fully resolved and you should be able to connect to all your VPNs now.

Note - If any of your fresh ips are still not connecting properly please let the tech team know by opening a ticket and they will get it working for you. Sometimes due to the large number of ips, some ips are slower to pick up the signal than others, but we can look into it for you & try to speed the process up
