cant take "some" paypal payments from sold ebay items

hello all,

ive set up my first stealth account recently and have been going by the steps of the stealth guide slowly but surely.

i have listed some household items and some clothing which have sold, some paypal payments have gone through successfully while others have messaged saying there is an error saying they cant pay. and have contacted ebay regarding this.

i have checked my paypal and everything is fully verified and on 100% and the money is being held by ebay (which is normal)

im just wondering if any of you could advise why this would be happening as everything is up to scratch on the ebay and paypal

Long shot, but when listing items you are ticking the box to accept PP on that item aren't you?

I know in the UK we have to offer PP but there is still a checkbox to tick next to where you enter your PP email address

Hi guys I still haven't found the cause of this I'm really confused and unsure what to do.

Some payments have been successful while others have not. Really strange!

Any suggestions ?

it is not necessary that something is going wrong with your account. I have the same problem sometimes, and in 90% of the case it's the buyer fault (buyer has trouble with paypal, unverified, not enough money, unsecured connection...) and the other 10 % were able to pay few days after

You made sure that you confirmed the email address when you created the PayPal account, this is a common problem if the email isn't confirmed via the email link.

True poit - could be a buyer issue

resolved. i think it was an issue on paypal side if things. i have received the payments from the remaining buyers with no problem at all a day or two later so maybe it was because its a new paypal or just slow on their behalf.

it could be the buyer cannot afford it.
