It will is the same if you use the same number sometimes it take time to link you some times when you list the first item.

I've found the solution, I've created over 60 accounts in August-September, all with first listing, everything is working for now.

In the past month, every time I have created a new account, it has been given a MC113 within 12 hours, despite following the stealth guide.

MC113 can be fixed. Most good sellers of eBay accounts sell accounts which had initial suspension, then the MC113 and then - reinstated and passed docs. Those should be more stable, because getting fresh on eBay nowadays is really hard, even if you're expert on stealth...

eBay has a new policy to suspend all new accounts after the first listing. You have to call them to reinstate the account.

I opened a new stealth account just to buy, new IP, New computer, the new name registered on the voters list so address confirmed and got restricted. eBay said due to me buying too many items. I only bought 2 items within 1 week!!!!

This is simply not true.

If accounts are being suspended then something is wrong with them.

javascript scans all your device and make a full report about it , and any similarity to a previously to a previously suspended account , it will cause you a spicy steaming suspend for your new account

I've created 11 accounts the past 30 days, and every single one was suspended, some i never even listed an item.

Nothing i know if links them, so it has to be something on the computer eBay can see that links.

Can you PM me your findings.

Its happen to me too. Ebay closed me over 10 accounts in one night. Accounts registered for several companies.
I try to open new accounts with VPN but all are closed.

50+feedback, brand new address (legit, I moved homes), Brand new user account in my vm, used hotspot of my phone, nord VPN coupled with that on my laptop, brand new laptop also, 100% feedback, more than £1000 in sales, genuine items I owned.

Got the MC113 last night. Tried to chat to them via live chat and he said 'I am ending this conversation becaus eBay has deemed your account risky and we will not reinstate your account. Goodbye.'

And that was it lol.

I have no idea what I did wrong?
