Just been hit with MC011 details below. I can provide genuine ID and Utility / bank statements. I'll have to knock up some invoices, they've always passed PayPal. Any ideas if they'll perma ban me and what could of triggered this. All items are sent tracked and up to today everything has arrived. Zero problems. Also will this effect the PayPal attached. Any info welcome.
