Suspension - Abusive Buyers policy
 
Have a weird one to report here.

Account all in good standing.

Legit details - 100% feedback as seller and buyer

My question regardless of how this all happened is how can I call eBay to try and get it resolved because the option on pages seems to be taken away for me and any old number that I try just says to log in to my ebay.

In relation to returns, I've opened 3 returns in a year. One I closed because there was a simple misunderstanding and the other 2 were retailers and accepted about a month ago.

Grateful for any advice. Cheers

I bought a graphics card yesterday evening on eBay. Within 10 minutes my account was frozen and the reason given was I had not followed the abusive buyer policy.

It seems reasonable that this purchase triggered something - but I don't know what. It was the first time I had used the credit card on the account though its in the same name and the payment was successful.

Hi thanks for your PM, I can't respond to you via pm because I'm new.

I have tried chat and I still can't get a call no matter what I try.

Whenever I try to chat, which has been 3 times so far, I am told the suspension is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Can't help then unfortunately. If they say it's permanent it must be a security issue or something you can keep on trying but it will get tedious, might have to try making another account.

Yep I will try a little longer to see what has been said or done etc.

In these situations what happens to the money in the managed payments that has not been sent yet? Last I heard from one of them is it would be held for 60-72 days

And besides that I've looked through your posts and seen you've been using real details after being banned for 3 years - do yo have a post where you shared how you did this?
