I bought a graphics card yesterday evening on eBay. Within 10 minutes my account was frozen and the reason given was I had not followed the abusive buyer policy.

It seems reasonable that this purchase triggered something - but I don't know what. It was the first time I had used the credit card on the account though its in the same name and the payment was successful.

My next question regardless of how this all happened is how can I call eBay to try and get it resolved because the option on pages seems to be taken away for me and any old number that I try just says to log in to my ebay.

In relation to returns, I've opened 3 returns in a year. One I closed because there was a simple misunderstanding and the other 2 were retailers and accepted about a month ago.

Can't help then unfortunately. If they say it's permanent it must be a security issue or something you can keep on trying but it will get tedious, might have to try making another account.
