Do not know anyone in the UK that has followed the phone in 48 hours link that has actually got a call.

It seems to just go direct to your account is suspended please supply identification and proof that you have the item and or who you buy it from.

But if they do call you I am sure everyone would love to know what they say.

I had a same problem ebay told me that they will call me but never did and suspended my account.
