The guide still works perfectly, the only change is that if you want to sell you need to link it to a verified paypal account now. Obviously this paypal account needs to be unique, so that its not linked to any suspended Ebay account. So basically its the same process, but you need to make a new paypal account for new ebay seller accounts. And now making new paypal accounts have become harder

True Matt, true. There are a lot of users on this forum which really just make it a mess.

I did find this forum via google, for the plain reason it's nicely SEO'd. But there again, I learnt everything here that has given me the ability to be able to successfully sell on ebay after getting suspended.

If you were willing to share other sites though, via PM if you wish, I would certainly be interested. I've still got a lot of learning to do, as we all do :)

the whole conundrum is that this forum is easily found which equals lots of people on it, which of course makes it kind of a mess... if you have invite only forums no wonder there will be less of a mess. BUT same as mantis, i learned a lot from this forum, and if you ask you will get a good answer.

Interesting enough I'm thinking of closing up to 75% of this forum to subscribers only, not for the money so much but because of the users who post their one or two questions only and don't really contribute to the forums. I'm weighing the pros and cons of it now to see if I should try it out.

I think the established members should be exempt from subscrption.

Hey Aspk - Why not just delete and/or inactivate the user accounts that have next to no threads posted or haven't logged in in a while?

You can manage such subscriptions through vbulletin cpm.

I'm working on an idea for this, but Im not sure if it will work or not i'll try and keep you posted however I dont want to keep it public so ebay can read it and newbies can take advantage of the idea. I do think having a private section would be ideal!

I was just wondering though how do you get over when paypal look for you to fax your passport details

Im guessing if I use my real name I will be limited so how do i get over this

On orignal paypal account I have Noel Smith say then on new account will this not have to be Noel John Smith all other details will be the new ie ip address, account, address , phone no

Or will they pic k this up as well? What am i best doing?

Then make sure your name address and number are the same on ebay and ur good ;)

I have set up UK paypal DD (added bank) but now have to add a debit or credit card, the one for my real address wont work as ''address do not match'', please advise on how i set up Entropay with the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address on my paypal so they match for verification to lift the limit??

for vcc like entropay set up virtual cc with your real name and address, submit real docs eg nat insur number or whatever from list. vcc needs real address or cant debit from your real debit/credit card.
Load £10, THEN change address details.

forget about name, as paypal cant see it anyway but they can check address. If you keep same name it is probably best, so can be your real name, and if you do that, as far as the vcc people can tell, it just looks like youve moved or are moving it to your work address (ive never been asked any questions).

on entropay you can create another card with whatever name or blank name,
just press create card and load £1.10 off your 1st vcc. So you get 8-9 cards for £10. you can create extra cards and destroy cards too. you load £10 from real debit card, you can switch address back and forth as much as you like and still works.
each card has its own totally different number and cvv.

for other gift card type vcc, as listed on forum you give your own details again as the giver and so you can be debited and then list whatever name and address(remember name is irrelevant) for the gift card receipient as the recipients details are the billing address that paypal will look at.

only problem is, im buggered if i know whether paypal or anyone else can actually draw from these vcc, as when ive tried to actually buy online, every
single retailer has rejected it, even though ive switched address back to my real billing address. so its £10 down the drain really. Ive actually never paid ebay fees with vcc, as theyve always been rejected by ebay, ebay has never made a fuss about this as Ive stepped in as soon as got message and made one off paypal payment, dont know what glitch is, but it is successful in registering and i have successfully received EXPUSE numbers on it.

Hi dont know if this is any help but if you want to open a bank account that is set up for d/d like a current account and dosent do any kind of credit check, i know for sure that the Yorkshire Bank offers this facility and there are no checks. I hope this helps anyone looking

I have quite a few credit cards. instead of setting up an entropay virtual card could i use these to register with ebay with instead or will ebay be shown my real name?

Just to verify, i have

* Used CC and deleted all cookie history
* Purchased a UK IP
* Created a new eBay account from this IP
* Confirmed eBay with VOIP
* Created a new paypal from this IP
* Created Entropay
* Connected and Verified Entropay and Paypal
* Opened up a new UK bank account

As for verifying bank account and ebay/paypal, i have a couple questions:

I created these accounts with different names but used my ORIGINAL home address which i was suspended with.

My question is,

1. Do i have to use my real name/address when i verify my Paypal Bank account?
2. Do i have to use my real name/address when i verify my eBay Bank account (while setting up sellers account)?
3. Do i have to use the same name on my eBay as i did with my Paypal?

Did i do this right? Was i supposed to have f4ke eBay address but real paypal address? f4ke names and addresses but real bank accounts?

You used a banned address, why? you didnt vary it at all?
That was a mistake, anyway if you havent added bank to it, abandon it, if you have already added bank, you might as well set it up now as the bankaccount is wasted otherwise, what you need to rely on now is that ebay sees the different date of birth and name as a new person moved in to that address, you will have to minimise similarities in listings and products too.

on future accounts either vary your address by changing postcode and door number slightly eg. 49a instead of 49, so that letter would get to it, plus add different or variation of name and dob. Or go for another preferably accessible address and then you can use your own name and stealth dob or viceversa.

the only difference to previous advice is load at least £3 when creating subsequent entropay cards, you can transfer leftovers over £1.10 after..

to answer this; a real credit card will be registered at your address, so only useful for paypals in your own address, and on this forum most home users real addressesare banned!

Good news - I havent added a bank account so i can start again.
Bad news - Just changed the name, not the birthdate, duuuuh

So definitely start again? What if i was to create a new eBay account? What about adding your old (suspended) address as a secondary address to send goods too? Will eBay detect this? I am guessing we can add it but only after having to vary it because the address is black listed. Because it is similar and different from the original, when we do make an order, it should still arrives to me.

As for flash cookies...i thought cc did the whole trick. Not sure about flash cookies. Looked for it in the stealth section but there wasnt much help. Shall i create a new user account on my vista and do all my new activity there?

And finally finally, from what i understood, we must have stealth eBay addresses but the paypal that we link it too, can be okay as long as it hasnt been banned in the past?

ok, did some googling around, i came across this Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Storage Settings panel and deleted all cookie flash crap. tell me iam on the right path

about adobe, did you delete flash before making this account? If you did you should be ok, youve broken the link, if you didnt the previous flash object stored may now have detected your new account under that windows user screen. If this is the case another reason to scrap and start again.

apart from that, youve used banned address in conjunction with banned dob, but different name? On balance because you havent used bank account yet, then scrap and start again..

no never add a banned address as secondary one, if you want to buy on ebay, ask before bidding if seller will send to another address if they say yes, privately email them with it upon winning..

sipgate , I think will only give you one number, but it is free, you download their software. Have a feeling they will get as many customers as possilbe and then start charging....thats the normal marketing routine for these companies to establish themselves...

I lived at 4 addresses while I used my ebay and paypal I change house in every 4 to 6 month as I am living in rented house in uk my question is I was blocked on last 4rth address by ebay am I still able to use my old 3 addresses these addresses are once used in ebay during I stay on that address.

and for paypal I have one CC card from one of my old address but never used in paypal can I use it in paypal to get verified? also the other option I went back to my bank and said I lost my master card and they sent me the new card with new number so paypal will not know if I am using the same card as the long number is change ? do I have to ask my bank to change my address as well like insted of Flat 20 I use 21 and put a label on my door Flat 20/21 as there is no existance of flat 21 ?? so will the bank put this address on my CC?

One more thing I used VOIP and verified my account with there non-geographical number is it ok or do I have to just delete the number from my ebay now as the account is verified now? just for safity they should not know I used VOIP. I can put dummy number there?

STEPS TO GET VERIFIED QUICKLY AND TO AVOID CONFUSIONS These are best on my knowledge I believe they should work also experienced member can verifiy them and can check if there is any hole in it

1 - Google flash cooke cleaner and first scan and find all the flash quickes in you PC it will show you how many cookies in your PC and you will amazed there are hell of them.
2 - Clear / delete all of these cookies by pressing delete these cookies
3 - creadte a new user account in your windows and better format HDD and install new windows if possible.
4 - change your IP address by either reseting you ASDL or DSL modem or by requesting your ISP.
5 - login to your new user account.

-----------------HARD parts----------------
6- change your phone number either by calling your phone company eg:virgin take 15£ and give you the new number, BT: take nothing some says in this forum takes 80£? but you can try and see.
option 2- use Viop UK VoIP Internet Phone Service - UK VoIP Internet Phone Service - VoIP PBX Switchboard and Telephony services d and Telephony services, get there free register and get an no geographical number free down load "zoiper" there free software phone. install it and put settings into it which you will get once you install the software. for domain name please use sip.voipfone.co.uk
once it setup you will be able to recieve calls from any where to this software phone even from your mobile.
7 - Now goto ebay and open a new account new email address new little changed your first name and change day or month in your Date of birth. once the account created they will ask for a phone call put you soft number into it. NOTE " the softphone goes on voice message in every next try so give your softphone a new start or at least 30 min rest before pressing ebay call now button.

Once you will press call now in 1 min you will get your ebay call on softphone do what the automated call instructed. you will hear the code and that part done. if not recieve the call logout ebay and login again they will call again

8 - now if you have verified paypal just link it if not then go to next step.

9 - lost you debit card not lost I mean just say to your bank they will send you the new card also let them know to update your address or correct it with your variations like insted of house number 4 use 4a or 4/A or Mark House 4A etc and you will get new card in 5 to 10 days with new long number on it. paypal only taKes CC card to verifiy the address not your name or DOB as CC company I believe only give true or false if card accepted. also they are not verifying your address but the card address thats the reason why they ask give alternate address.

you account will be verified upto now but with initail limit for 1700£

10 - Now your paypal is semi verified goto a new bank and make a new current ac**** now a days every bank open it with one proof of address give them your real info and once you recieve the card goto the bank and change the address to you modified address and add this new bank to paypal they will send you 2 small DD value and once you entered account will be 100% verified and with no limits but you have to upgrade it later if you need to take out more then 1700£

at the time of upgrade they as business info and if you run you account slowly like reach 1700£ in 2 month or 3 then no problem for paypal

11 If you can't do all of this then just change your home or rent a small place or buy a post office address :D as I live in rented house so change every time fcked by paypal and ebay and at eveyr new home new phone new cards new bank account ENJOY!

FOR ADDED SPPED AND SIMPLICITY
1-3 - a new user account will do the job just fine. No need to to clear cookies/wipe hard drive/re-install windows.
9. Use entropay.
10. Have your bank account opened before you start. The bank account and paypal addresses don't need to match.... BUT in the long run (and with point 11) it is a real bonus to have a real address and matching documents for your Ebay/PayPal accounts!
