I don't know how can they hire such stupid staffs to work on live chat. They even don't know a very simple thing on ebay. Many times I went to live chat I had to teach them how to do!
However there are a few of them told me that they cannot change it as well. They have to transfer me to the special team to do it for me.
And after about 10 (yes, I am serious it's 10) transfers to many random departments. Finally I chatted with a guy who told me that he will escalate my issue to the right team to update my date of birth on my profile for me. And they will send me email to let me know within 48 hours. Fingers crossed! I hope they can work out for me. Otherwise I can't be bothered to ask them for more help. It's a waste of time. |
