Paypal 21 Day Hold Not Being Removed?

I have been listing on a new ebay account for a few weeks now, which obviously still has the 21 day payment holds unless a buyer rates me, then they release the hold and the funds become available?
But this hasn't been happening for my transactions over the last few days?

Has something changed? Or should i risk it contacting paypal?

Would the items be considered 'high risk' i.e. electronics etc which may appear at first inspection to be in working order but could still be reported as SNAD by the buyer at a later date.

p/p's risk factor on payment holds is not just based on when the item is delivered and when the buyer leaves feedback.

They can determine to hold payments for the full 21 days if they perceive any further element of risk with the transaction.

I dont sell high risk items on this account. Items go for +£10 each on this account.
The items have been delivered and the buyers have positive rated me on them as well,
and yet the funds dont get released?

There is NO risk at all calling paypal if you've set up your account correctly,just have all your information ready(normally they just ask for name and address).I recently find them very helpful and polite.

so calling them is the best way to find out what's going on with your account.
