Never ever heard of anyone getting an indefinite suspension for a first policy breach.
As far as address options are concerned try a search of the forum, its been discussed over and over agin. |

just been browsing to see what my options are, is there any way i can use the same address that my acount got suspended with,. Also it was my dads paypal account linked to the ebay but my paypal that i have used with the account a few times has stayed open. Will this paypal be alright to still buy with a new ebay |

we already discussed the risks or not of banned address...you decide
so you still have a paypal that was used with banned acc and it is still open, that is linked directly, no I would not use that.
make a totally new buying ebay and pp pairing, the details you put on it are down to you...new or variation are some of options..... |

it wasnt linked directly my dads paypal was linked with the ebay account. But i used my paypal a few time pruchasing things |

Getting your 3-5 buyers to pay to avoid the stupd ebay fees took some arranging.
So, if I said to you in another post, you have to be a NEW you ,why would you think you could use a old credit card.

yes mate ive got a copy, just trying to figure out all my options. The thing is on the site i can only see mostly information about ebay for seller accounts. As i dont want to sell im struggling with address etc as i will need to recieve my items |

right ive made a decision while my paypal is still open im going to make a new ebay account tweeting my details a little. Then when/if get get suspended ill go stealth. Just going to experiment and see how things go. Just a quick question i no you can pay through paypal as a one time thingy without signing up, would i be able to use my card that linked to my paypal if that gets limitied? |

I would not use any source of funding used on a banned pp even as guest checkout one-time option. |
