Tried getting main account unlimited

By unlimited i mean higher selling allowances.

I was on 100 limit and had to call them to raise this.

My brothers ebay account got indefinitely suspended and he was using my PP so that got banned too.

I called ebay to raise the limit and the guy told me i have to call paypal to unlimit my account but i told him my PP is limited because of said banned account. He said it isn't call PP to unlimit it.

My listings were taken down and was told i was sent an email to tell me what to do next but i have received no such email.

What do? Leave this account as a buying account while i can or try to pursue ebay for the email and call PP for my account and tell them ebay said its free to be reopened?

try junk folder on email for the notice, if none then call/message them and ask for steps to unlimit,

If they ignore you, that is their tactic too, and means go away....nothing you can do about this particular account.
