Reset IP everytime logging in?

So i got restricted indefinitely about 6 months ago, for selling what vero thought were counterfeit goods, but were in fact genuine, i had no proof. Could have had my account now but i stupidly relisted the goods and got restricted.
Anyway, i've started a new ebay and paypal account, i have internet explorer set to automatically delete cookies etc. Now, i don't log into any other ebay or paypal account, only go on my old hotmail account which is connected to the old account (i reset the router everytime though)
Im wondering if i have to reset the IP everytime i log in and out of my new ebay account, or am i ok to just delete cookies and then go to my old hotmail account? If i delete the cookies before and after logging into ebay, then go to my hotmail, can ebay track this?
Basically, just wondering if i need to reset the ip all the time?

Make new windows user account - keep the cookies. Lot of folx love dealing with new IP to keep things separate. Myself...I use dynamic IP provider so I dont really bother writing down my IPs.

You are new to stealth so recommend you 1) understand stealth 2) follow the methods 3) write everything down for tracking purposes.
