Parcelforce is officially the one courier I avoid like the plague. Their warehouse staff often mislabel parcels so they end up in the wrong depots and delivered to the wrong addresses (happened to me twice). Luckily out of the two times its happened, the most expensive item was recovered as they threatened the person they delivered it too with legal action. Item was still intact, but used.

Tracking is also awful. The best tracking for me is FedEX, UPS, DHL and Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Tracked & Signed. They always update quickly and accurately I find.

old thread, but me too, avoid.....sometimes it is the only economical choice for large items.....so I do not sell large items////

only upside is you can call straight through to the depot/handers and they answer in person and are generally helpful-ish....

Parcelforce stink. I sent a 260 item and they did something that meant it was undeliverable. Tried for weeks to get it returned to sender.

It never was.

Then when I tracked it again they'd destroyed it.

Saying I'm not due a refund.

I hate parcelforce. ☹️

This company is convenient but no safe. They do loose my parcels also often as well as kids pick up times. But I put my claims on this customer care website 24-7HelpLine, They help me a lot and contains all the parcelforce customer service numbers. you can also refer this site https://24-7helpline.co.uk
