Default MC197 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension : NonPayment
I received an email about a non payment today stating that my account has been suspended.

Yet there is no mention on my account of it being suspended, of the amount that apparently wasn't paid or of any misses payment!

I'm really confused

That's because it's phishing email and if you logged in through that email, then someone now has your credentials.

check your account status and if there is a pending payment due, don't click any links on emails
