Their accounts will be shut down after a few weeks if they have not already been shut down.

I sell some unbranded apple cases and spoke to CS via web chat and asked them about what I read here.

They told me as long as I don't say they are apple branded it will be fine, I put a disclaimer on my apple listings stating that these are not apple products and in no way are made by apple nor do I calim they are, that they are 3rd party designed to fit apple phones.

So far so good as no warnings or removals and no reduction in sales. Maybe they are clamping down on people listing as orginal brand when they are 3rd party?

I had sold a few iphone cases on a new acc, they were made by a popular manufacturer and there were tonnes on ebay (not gonna say the name on here) but they WERE NOT Apple..

I didn't have the word "apple" in my listing titles/descriptions, just that they fit iphone

sold a few, acc got perm ban, no warnings, nothing. just MC999 delivered??

paypal verified?bank added?ip clear?not vpn/vps?
did you use the money you received to purchase items on ebay not withdraw?
