When do you know you're safe?

Like many people ive had a few accounts suspended before arriving here and seeing the error of my ways!

I just wondered what triggers a suspension or in other words how many days / weeks is it before you know you're safe?

Is it a set number of days, a set number of sold items, a set number of feedbacks from buyers?

And is there any truth to the theory that you can be suspended for using the same photographs in your new auctions as you did in the suspended id?

Welcome to the forum Mallypie!

You can be suspended in hours or months if you don't follow the guidelines in this forum or the "Stealth Book". Just takes one mistake for you to link your account to your suspended one.

Regarding pictures...I would never upload pictures I've used before directly to the Ebay site or through Turbo Lister if I have used them before on a suspended account. But I have on a few occasions used the same pictures uploading them through Auctiva, but I wouldn't recommend it to be on the safe side.
