The 2 that you passed what did you do differently to the one that failed ?

I had one business account pass with my real name DOB and address. And real bank statement.

I want to do the next one with my real name and dob but a different address in the hopes they are not linked should it fail.

A real name with real DOB is unique to you it's a 1 in a million chance it's you.

So if you made 2 accounts with real name and real DOB they are already linked.

I prefer to use a real address for now so can submit documents if needed.

I received email saying mine will go live 18th Jan so I have not bothered yet.

Have you gone 1 month without getting suspended? I'd say 1 month and you succeeded.

With the business account that has passed with your real details, has this been linked and banned in the past or has this always been a clean account?

Looks like a lot of us are back on with banned details. But that's not my issue at all ...

It's getting MULTIPLE accounts running with my banned REAL details.

Seems to be OK to use details that have been banned before - not sure how long it will last but its a temp soluction for now

Guys don't sacrifice your current stealth accounts that have been making you an income.

Make 1 or 2 new stealth accounts then push them through MP first...... if succeed use those from now on.

Your current money maker should be protected at all costs.

The problem is some accounts are being forced to join MP and you can’t make an account and push it through MP without getting an invitation

If you ain't got a invitation then you can continue selling as normal.

I made another stealth with my real name 2 weeks no issues, listings still there but it is personal account I will turn it to business account asap.

With this new stealth account using your real name, did you also use your real D.O.B and address? If so was this banned in the past? I am thinking of making a new account using my real identity which was previously banned. It's not stealth but people have said that they have been using banned details with success.

Converting banned info on new or existing accounts may work short term, if docs wasn't supplied in the first place. Bot duplicate keywords is another factor, which may link accounts.

Only thing real was my name.

I can't remember if eBay even asks for DOB.

The only opportunity we have here is the banned details eBay has stored for everyone is that banned data shared with MP ?

Someone will have to make a few accounts and push them through MP to find out. Make the eBay accounts full ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details then when received MP invite turn everything to real details.

Problem having multiple accounts with real details is inevitably one will get suspended and they will all go down. It works for now but not a long term stealth solution.

Funny thing is I used the same ID for en Et/sy acct and it seems to have worked fine. Although it has only been a week, not sure how long it takes before Et/sy runs its checks

maybe/maybe not.. using banned historical info now which works may mean ebay are not using MP as possible links for banned or linked accounts, if they keep the financial arm separate you might be able to make numerous stealth ebay accounts but use real info for the MP keeping them all separate.. its just a thought

I agree.

But when you check the personal info section eBay have updated the stealth info with real details provided at the MP portal.

so when you submitted real info for MP they then changed your stealth details on ebay or you changed these to match your real details before registering for MP as surely this would flag up? unless its an automatic change by the system

It's either an auto change, but then that's even more of a reason to be banned immediately as it would flag up right away OR it's a manual change by an employee in which case they have let me stay on the platform. But either way, no more stealth info on the account other than the sections where it says "items dispatched from address, return address etc" the actual account OWNER details have been updated to my real info BY ebay after putting it into the MP portal.

I wonder if it’s possible to change details in my eBay back to stealth without triggering new ID requirements. I doubt it but just a thought

What would be the point of that though ? you would have exposed yourself revealing your true identity during the adyen MP conversion process.

So even if you switch the details back, that info is logged on file forever.

I think the theory would be so that the real details can be used again and again with other accounts. Maybe that would work a few times but I cannot see it being a long term soluction.
