They do kind of a credit score check.

1- You submit the docs and they accept.
2- they sau you are ready and in the list.
3- they tell you you will start in day X.
4- then when the day comes MP never start.
5- Later you get the account suspended.

This is the flow i've got on my side, and i've seen the same in other people.
On my side i know the ID card is good. So its not about doc quality.
