chargeback on MP

Has anyone experienced a charge back yet when with Managed Payments?

I ask as with paypal, when somebody filed a charge back, i would just give a tracking number/proof of postage and paypal would not refund the buyer.

Is this the same process with MP?

I've had 2 chargebacks with MP, both rules in my favor just like with PP.

depends on the reason for charegback,your buyer cc issuer is the one who decides the outcome,not Paypal

Hi i have had 1 Charge back from a sale on NYE ..it came through as INR off ebay i think via paypal but unsure uploaded tracking and submitted challenge ebay ruled in my favour on the 18th of Jan ..my funds were on hold all the time as on MP think

They buyer lost all opportunity for feedback as soon as he went external so that bit was positive no dual cases
