Anyone know if virgin money Savings account will work for Managed payments?

I don't know if accepts direct debits
May have to open a current account version.

I think it has to be a checking account, no saving accounts

It doesn't matter whether it's a checking or savings.
You can deposit and withdraw? Then it'll work .
It has a routing and acc number? It'll work.

I just prefer checking personally. Easier to move around.
