Hiya, .

Im no big stealther..im not as smart as you lot! im a mother who was suspended on a few accounts including my own info and husbands etc..in the early days..not from illegal activity but for stupidness like falling below standard etc..you never know the full consequences of late shipping etc until its too late....this was before I had learnt about how to be a decent seller and before i relied on ebay as an income which i do partially now..especially right now!

3 years ago i went kinda stealth..I read the guide..and used a persons real name and address of a real person..I do not sell enough for VAT etc..im just a small seller. I no longer speak to that person.

When moving to managed payments my bank account is in my name..

How can i get around this? Id like to keep my account! How can i continue with bank account name being different?

Registration to MP should be a smooth sail for you.
As you cannot give your contact's bank details to eBay, you'd have to use your own bank account, which might result in a request for a statement.
See your PM for a solution to that.

As regards selling with someone's account whom you no longer speak to,
I would not be doing that as you may no longer have their support.
I'd suggest you establish contact and ask if you can carry on, or find someone else. There isn't much to lose if you change accounts as you do not have a ton of sales.
At some point eBay may require ID. Another good reason to get in touch with the account owner.
