Yes it is by invitation however they are selling a service that passes your account on the MP system
the bank account part is still unclear we don't know what is checked here, with PP you could use mismatched names no probem

Some stealthers will indeed be killed off by MP, those who burn through accounts like the counterfeit software sellers will soon tire of trying to find a source of acceptable bank accounts.

For anyone who can successfully add a bank account to their stealth account (it's not impossible) then maybe its time to start treating it with more respect and sell legitimate goods or eliminate anything which is going to lead to suspension.

There is no doubt that the number of stealth accounts will plummet but if it is of value to you then you will recognise the hurdles in front of you and adapt accordingly.

I don't think their accounts are 100% safe. As many people have posted, passing the first MP request is quite easy to them, but many of them will receive a second request, and after this time almost all accounts were suspended. So the most legitimate way to identify if the accounts they are selling work is to see if they past the second request.
