UK Managed Payments Help Required
 

Hello guys

I have received MP invite on 4 eb accounts and time is coming closer day by day.

I have been reading a lot here on forum but seems like there is no concrete solution so far.

If anyone wants to help and be rewarded please PM,

If I don't get any solution then either eb is bye bye OR I am thinking to change the address to other ebay countries where no MP so far.

I cannot give you any help regarding this

But as for me, I managed to get past 2020 (Xmas) with a couple of ebay accounts connected via paypal, they have been suspended since

Currently ive got 1 private account with about £18k / month limit with paypal, it has not yet been asked for Managed payments

Im building more private accounts connected to PayPals

By June Ill see if purchasing ebay business accounts (with paypal) is still viable. And I’ll proceed with caution

Till then, make and build private accounts and organically try to increase limits.

As for Managed Payments, many people here have passed but I’ve not given it a try *yet* but maybe soon

Definitely soon if ebays stated plans actually come to fruition. The have stated it is there intention to have all UK accounts, business and personal, on MP 'by the end of 2021'. Lets see how aggressively they try and achieve that target.

I'm currently running about 20 stealths simultaneously. Still rising more.

They are all babies doing good numbers with a few big boys.

At the same time I have some managed payment accepted and running accounts since last year, these are in legit details.

Once my stealths are forced to mp I will do my best to keep them running otherwise I have some strategies to try get new accounts made into mp when they are invited.

But what happens if denying to opt in and ignore the deadline date for M.P.?

They don't suspend/ delete your account, isn't it?

I would like to have some good accounts on hiatus (by not selling) until we find a solution

If you deny the deadline date and dont give what they need i.e bank, verify id, etc.
Then you will be be restricted from selling.

By what other users have experienced is that they have been suspended even after being accepted..

I believe there is a solution around it though.

I believe there is a solution, there always is.. otherwise we wouldnt be here.

I'm not certain which way but like I said I will try few strategies.

Other members have had success so don't lose your hopes.

Ok, they restrict you from selling but the account is not banned or suspended, isn't it?

No you are just restricted until you provide your info to get back to selling.

Hi is there any way around managed payments i saw on the board you said you had 4 running at once , I’ve been using stealth for 7 years now this gonna put me out of business if i can’t find a way , thanks for your time.

There is a way round this, 100% stealth, People are selling these accounts on other platforms, £400 to be set up but its like anything the price will come down esp when the method is out,.

Stealth is still possible IMO.

Can you kindly share that platform ? I would happily pay it knwing I can sleep at night or if anyone out there converts the stealths we have over for a fee i would pay in a flash.

I don't believe that is true, MP is still by invitation isn't it?

In any event, when it becomes mandatory for new accounts that will require a bank account. I look forward to seeing how that's (fraudulently) navigated.
