My UK stealth ebay acc need enroll manage payment

I am come from Hong Kong and used UK stealth ebay acc for selling.
I received ebay email and I need enroll manage payment.
I checked many of information for it. I have lot of confusion.
1. I can't register a UK bank account as I am not UK citizen.
2. Can I buy a bank account to enroll manage payment?
3. After registered manage payment and How to transfer my money to my wordfirst account.

How can I create a stealth UK bank account and I can transfer the money to my real bank acc

You dont have to be a UK citizen to have a UK bank account, I have not signed up myself, hopefully someone answer you questions.
