eBay Uk Mp part of Europe market?

Is the UK eBay mp part of the Europe marketplace?
I mean if you registered in any European market like .ES IT FR, can list in .UK
without receive the Kyc verification of international selling?

Before MP it was possible. Now, don't know.

KYC for international selling is not needed , they only ask for ID number if you list outside of Europe but that does not mean a new verification

The link of the verification is kyc ...com if you are registered in Europe
and list in eBay com
The asked me the I'd or driving licence number , after I gave it
nothing happen since then and are passed abt 2 weeks but is still
under verification
