Dropshipping in the UK with legit details ... ='(

1-Hi, f you are flagged with an account for dropshipping, you come back with a new account with all the same details ? every time you do a new account he is not flag ? even with same details, same IP, same VAT number ect ... ?
2-Another question if i am in France, so i am obliged to create my account on Ebay.fr for the managed payment so they can verifiy my id, if i sell on Ebay.co.uk with the account (with item location UK) i will have the same visibility than a person who live in the UK with location UK or he will have a little boost ?
Usually i use an ip adress in UK and create a stealth account in the UK with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id but it's impossible now with their ****ing managed payments
3- An interest to have several account with same ip and same details ? if one is flag in the future they will be all flag ?
As a french seller i will have the desavantage of paying VAT at the first £, dont know if a UK company can **** it :x

1 - So if we have 10 accoutns we need 10 company xD
2- Of course but if we have 2 same listing, a UK resident will have a better exposure even if my item location is UK or we will have the same ? (we suppose you have 2 good accounts)

Account will be link by the VAT number :x
