You should not just advertise what youre looking to buy - thatll open you up to scammers.
Instead go to the 'accounts for sale' section and contact the sellers directly.

But problem is initially ebay don't ask any documents after few sales they do Ask Id and bank statement and only genuine info get passed

This is what I was thinking is after selling for a wile eBay will ask for ID & bank statement or proof of address this would be the problem & then quite pointless in buying MP accounts
