Default Some questions about MP setup

As testing the system with MP is quite "resource demanding", there are some random questions about changes.

1. Some say bank country and registration country must be the same. And virtual banks like monese or revolut can not be used. But can not find info can virtual banks be used if their issued iban is same country as ebay registration country? For example monese gives Belgium iban. So can it be used on belgium ebay or it can not be used at all because it is virtual bank?
(Talking about registration during the last few days only!!)

2. Name on bank account must mach eb registered name, right? But they can not see your birthday from bank account, are they?..
Lets say name is "Jack Jonson". Can this person have like unlimited amount accounts under the same name but under different birthday and on all the rest of the info different?

3. Would the turning places of name and surname couse the problems with payouts? Lets say bank account would say "Jack Jonson", but ebay registered on "Jonson Jack". Would it work?

4. So is the Payoneer still an option for MP in some countries these days? Can new account be set up for it?

5. How long are now fund holds for new accounts? Some say its 21 day, some say 30, while others talking about 3 months... So how long it is now??

The answer to your first questions is country dependent. Not every virtual bank is an actual bank in every market they offer services in. For example Revolut offers business banking services in the USA but they don't have a bank charter so they are really a software Fin-Tech not a bank. Their deposit and card services are provided by Metropolitan Commercial Bank so if you used a Revolut Business account on USA Ebay the IBAN would be: 026014928 (as you can see in the linked image) and thus would show as Metropolitan Commercial Bank not Revolut. So with "Virtual banks" you need to check which countries they have a charter in and which banks they are only offering investment software and account management services in as in those countries they will use the IBAN codes of the bank that actually offers the deposit services:

As for UK specific the UK vets can give you more information but I'd look at services like Bunq and Anna if you have to go completely digital. If you HAVE to use mismatched names I'm pretty sure high street is the only option. Digital banks both in the US and UK are very weary of mismatched names, especially on personal accounts.

Changing from WISE to Lloyds currently as I was told WISE is not approved by eBay anymore in UK.
Payouts are on hold 60 days.
Even having the 'high street' bank account statements on my desk now I can't get through MP process since 3 months...
I was also told straight away to do not wast my time trying to add REVOLUT 'cause it won't work.

We couldn't verify this bank account. Please select a different payment method.{e88183-1211439x}

I think there's some totally different story behind this error according to particular user current situation on eBay.

2 and 3 are really the good questions and worth us to try.
