eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - At what point do eBay request Photo ID?

This makes a lot of sense so if using an address which is not yours they can’t possibly verify you can they? Which is why when you make a sale they message you asking for ID

Maybe USA accounts is different where you can use any real address but U.K. maybe different

with USA they use online SSN verification where address does not play a role
