Was it 60 days from your last sale or 60 days from the day you were fully restricted ?

money release all depends upon a reason why you were suspended in the first place
if you were selling f... stuff and ebay have evidence of it than say good bye to funds and move on

At that point you'd probably have more success filing a Small Claims Court dispute and forcing eBay to pay up through the courts system etc. Not a route you'd really want to go down but if that's the only way...!

My advice: don't send items out until/if you get the email stating that eBay are sending your payment to your bank...otherwise who knows what will happen to your money.
