Can’t see selling limits

Can’t see my monthly selling limits on a new account

Would switch to classic but can’t do that anymore

Any ideas?

If you listed your first item you should have selling limits

You should confirm that your first listing is up

The account will become a seller ACC and show the limits only AFTER the first listing.

My only concern is I purchased this MP account it is supposed to be 10k / month, would be a bummer if later down the line I hit the limits on 10 items ��

If you're using the old 'My Ebay' seller page try updating to the latest 'seller hub'.

Go on Live Chat and ask them what the selling limits are.

Not sure how you can be told what the selling limits are when they aren't actually visible on the account........

That seems odd if it’s not a sellers account how would they know the limits? Maybe worth asking them

It was sold to them as having a 10k limit, it must have some kind of seller credentials.

I think its a system glitch, the one I mention above has been know to cause it (seller creates account using seller hub, buyer opens up ebay on their PC in classic mode) we've had this issue reported here many times, or they've possibly smelt a rat and reigned in the selling limit and want to let the seller make the next move.

In any event, their action must surely to be to list an item and see what it triggers.

Hi I did ask website and they did clarify it was just a glitch, I will be doing the first listing shortly, I usually build 2 weeks of cookies before first listing

If you go to the selling overview it should tell you if any listing is active, sold or unsold. If all of those are at 0 then you should have no selling limits showing

As soon as you list you should then see the limits
