Yeah it will be okay but I would leave it for a while. I actually remember saying to myself I’m not going to change it as changed the other one on the other account and waited about a month or two.

If it was stealth to stealth you don’t have to wait as it’s different details.

I don’t worry to much about MC011 as I have passed it before and it’s probably best it happened as it’s brought me back to the forum.

I need to think of a new strategy with eBay collecting U.K. taxes honestly if MC011 didn’t happen I would just happily be selling and not even thinking of the new tax change. I hope I pass it tho as I’ve got money in there.

How though? MC011 is basically them suspending you until all orders delivered, requesting your info so they have it on file and then finally banning you. I don't even think it's in place for any other reason.

No you’re never suspended when you receive MC011 it’s a restriction and a chance for you to pass the restriction.

It’s triggered from many reasons

1) increased sales in a short term
2) change in selling so was selling £10 item now £200 item
3) to many cases been opened
4) not resolving buyer issues on time and few more

If it’s your account you send them passport, invoice of stock, and utility bill

If it’s stealth account you edit a real passport, invoice of stock and utility bill

Make sure the first one is stable then do another

Give it say 2 weeks

Its all my personal items that i've had for awhile so no invoice really. I remember last account I did the same (built up with personal items sold) and they did not accept it. So I guess I gotta make some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices huh?

possible but risky , the only more or less safe way with an old account wuld be upgrade to LTD and later transfer of the LTD

officially it is not allowed and will trigger new verification

I doubt they let it go through on an established account , maybe you did it on an older account that has barely any selling history?

you can change name if you get married or divorced or adopted,but you cannot transfer to another person

the joke is that it is forbidden to transfer to another person but it is possible to change all personal details incl. DOB and name anytime

All the accounts were over ten years old and had loads of selling history. We have had this discussion before.

as long as you do not change your SSN or govt issued tax ID.
In USA,1099K goes by SSN,one copy comes to you and another to IRS.

This account doesn't have a tax ID attached to it yet as it hasn't been asked for one.

I'm changing the info to my wife and then upgrading it to a business account.

It's got recent selling history and all payments have come through managed payments smoothly.

Changing the info and upgrading...be ready with documentation for a likely security ask...changing info is always potentially dangerous

I was asked for Id for one account. It failed for driving licence, but passed for passport for some odd reason
