Really weird limitation...
 
So, the account is almost one month old, going great. 0 defects 0 open cases etc.

Paid the seller fees for 15 gbp and then i get this

and the payment for the seller fees is "under review", they asked for proof of identity (which ive now uploaded) and asked me me to confirm the card on file.

However, the card is already confirmed, it just asks me to add a new one.


Whats going on?

Are you using a real card or a VCC/pre paid card?

entropay cases a lot of issues with paypal and limitations.

i paid the seller fees with the paypal balance, havent used the card at all, only confirmed the card ages ago.

Well what did the call pertain to? They just wanted you add a new card or??

In my opinion the issue is due to

Entropay + account being only one month old + volume of sales in the first month.

Often (but not always), new accounts are limited immediately or within days of adding an Entropay Card in the UK.
