Really weird limitation...
So, the account is almost one month old, going great. 0 defects 0 open cases etc.
Paid the seller fees for 15 gbp and then i get this Quote:
We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information about your business to allow us to provide uninterrupted service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Why is my account access limited?
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
21 Jan 2017: For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal service we need some more information about the use of your debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account.

and the payment for the seller fees is "under review", they asked for proof of identity (which ive now uploaded) and asked me me to confirm the card on file.
However, the card is already confirmed, it just asks me to add a new one.
Whats going on? |
