Do Some Paypal accounts work normally after the 180 day hold?

Has anybody had a paypal account that after the 180 day hold, actually works as normal. The reason i ask is this

One of my stealths got limited but hadnt added bank account, an agent allowed me to do this but it seems like he forgot to s"switch it off"

I've always heard it's permanent if you get the 180 day hold, and I've never heard of such an account being fully restored.

All you can do is test it out. Are you able to receive payments again?

What do you mean he forgot to 'switch it off'?
If he did not unlimit the account then you still cannot use the account.
Even if by some chance he did unlimit it the issue with the account that got it limited to begin with has not been resolved meaning any kind of payment received will cause it to get limited again.
I wouldnt bother getting more funds locked up for yet another 180 days.
