Unable to withdraw on new Paypal account

Trying to withdraw funds on a new paypal account to confirmed bank account, however keep receiving the following error message and link.

"We're sorry, we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead"

Once on the link it gives option to enter amount, after entering amount the page just reloads and gives same message above. Have tried a few different amounts but still doesn't work!

Any ideas, anyone else facing same issue or experienced this?

Thank you, that did it eventually after clearing history/ cookies

Clearing out the cookies was a good shout!
