what causes paypal to restrict you?

lost an account recently and normally its easy to know why they did it however this time it could be

number of ebay cases open due to a late delivery from my supplier

or

issue on my ebay not allowing me to refund so got buyer to close case and refunded by paypal

24 hours later account was gone, never having any issues before

no i wasnt dropshipping, my delivery got held in customs so i had alot of cases open, all resolved but i think direct refund through paypal may have done the damage

If you're selling something you dont yet have in your possession, you might as well be dropshipping. As you have well learned by now.
