why does my paypal keep going to 72 hours

hi guys got 5 month old papal account, fully verified, legit account

its normal for papal to switch between 2 to 72 hours , when i withdrew, its instant for few days and then for few days it goes back to 72hr , then back to instant

this has been happening the last few weeks.

i have few returns , one lost ebay case , due argos loosing a parcel

You've answered your own question, it will be because of the case and returns. It's risk prevention from PayPal they want to make sure there's no issues with future orders. If you add tracking details then the funds will be released in 7 days not 21.

OP doesn't seem to be having a hold issue but bank withdrawal delay issue.

@OP, don't worry too much about instant or 72 hours - point is you are getting your money - be patient.
