VCC for PayPal withdraw

I am looking for VCC to PayPal withdraw. Which VCCs still work with paypal?
Can anyone help me with this?

The country of my stealth paypal account is on the list of countries supporting CC withdrawals.

maybe specifying the country will narrow down the options and someone might help.

For any of these Countries - Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Latvia or Lithuania

Try posting in the International section. This section is for UK Paypal. You can only withdraw to a bank account from UK Paypal.

Yes, but I though as there are a lot of EU stealth paypal owners in UK, someone would help me.
