Couldn't withdraw from Permanently Limited PayPal account. Got my money!!

I was having issues with my Permanently Limited PayPal account that had gone past 180 days and had around £1600. This was a STEALTH account by the way. I had sent them my ID like 10 times and they kept refusing it. I even got to the point where I thought its pointless but I did this as my last resource and they allowed me to withdraw my funds.
I contacted them on the contact us page and put in a ticket under

This is what I had written Quote:
I have waited over 180 days. I should be able to withdraw my
funds. This is my money. I will otherwise take you to court because you
are holding my funds without any good reason. I expect a reply from you.
Otherwise I will have no choice but to take you to court. Getting my
solicitor involved and sue you for distress aswell.

They replied back saying Quote:
Dear ,
If you have a PayPal balance, you can withdraw it to your bank account.
We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter and
regret any inconvenience it may cause you.
