Couldn't withdraw from Permanently Limited PayPal account. Got my money!!

I was having issues with my Permanently Limited PayPal account that had gone past 180 days and had around £1600. This was a STEALTH account by the way. I had sent them my ID like 10 times and they kept refusing it. I even got to the point where I thought its pointless but I did this as my last resource and they allowed me to withdraw my funds.

I contacted them on the contact us page and put in a ticket under

This is what I had written

I have waited over 180 days. I should be able to withdraw my
funds. This is my money. I will otherwise take you to court because you
are holding my funds without any good reason. I expect a reply from you.
Otherwise I will have no choice but to take you to court. Getting my
solicitor involved and sue you for distress aswell.

They replied back saying

Dear ,

If you have a PayPal balance, you can withdraw it to your bank account.
We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter and
regret any inconvenience it may cause you.

I'm in the same situation with the similar amount around £700 but they have ignored my emails so far. Will push with the threads as suggested then will have no choice but take them to small claims court.

Im surprised they gave in to such a poorly worded email. You got very lucky that day. The Limitations Dept Rep must of got laid that morning and was feeling particularly loved up.

You should get a reply back in a couple of days
