Hi, i can tell you that after 180 days you do not need to upload any documents what so ever, give it another 28 days or less & you are able to withdraw the funds. I have had 5 consecutive paypal account limited within the last 6 months with around £1,000 in each & it works.

You can tell that what works? And what do you mean 28 days?

So what are you saying, they automatically allow withdrawal of funds after 180+ days have elapsed? I have had £170 locked in a UK PP stealth account for nearly 18 months but no contact to say funds can be withdrawn. They did refuse various forms of ID (stealth) several times which probably makes it worse in my case.

Just wait 6 months and then you won't need to provide them with anything and legally they have to make your funds withdrawable given that you haven't obtained them illegally or if there's disputes open.

I have been operating stealth accounts successfully for 5 years using same details and genuine passport so your point is invalid. If 2 John Smiths who coincidentally have the same date of birth do you think paypal will link them? Of course not.

The OP wants advise on small claims how do you advise that using stealth name?

The point I'm making is that with stealth accounts the funds that enter your account isn't legally yours if it's not under your name so as long as you are operating legally you will never get a 180 day hold, and if you do you can claim back through small claims.

So how would you explain the same passport number and picture? I find it VERY difficult to believe you have been operating this way for 5 years using the same passport. PayPal are far from stupid
